Product origin (country of origin) and specifications are accurately described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Packaging design, labeling format, or supplier branding may vary depending on shipment batch or import source.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Product quality and origin remain as described, regardless of brand display.
- Minor variations in packaging, labeling, or batch details shall not be considered grounds for return or dispute, provided the product matches the listed specifications.
- Tokyo Mart reserves the right to source equivalent-quality products from approved international suppliers to ensure consistent availability.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Prices may change without prior notice due to import cost, currency fluctuation, or supplier adjustments.
- Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.
- Tokyo Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Tokyo Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available within selected areas of Bangladesh (primarily Dhaka unless otherwise specified).
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and location.
- Frozen and chilled products must be received immediately upon delivery.
- Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
Tokyo Mart will not be responsible for damage due to delayed acceptance by the customer.
Frozen & Perishable Products Policy
Due to the nature of frozen and perishable food items:
- Products must be stored immediately at appropriate temperature upon delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable once frozen items are delivered and accepted.
- Claims regarding damaged or incorrect frozen products must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product at the time of delivery
- Expired product
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Tokyo Mart reserves the right to deny refund requests if the claim does not meet policy criteria.
